We stand by our products with the Comfort Guarantee; if you aren't completely satisfied with your first pair of SAXX, you can return them for a full refund or exchange within 45 days of purchase. For all subsequent orders, items must be in their original, unworn condition with packaging intact to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent to your email address for easy printing at home.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box or mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at the designated carrier location and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed once the warehouse verifies the shipment.
